Welcome to our practice. We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with dental care. Our staff is made up of well-trained professionals, who work together as a team to bring you the highest quality treatment in a warm and caring setting. This page contains answers to the questions that most patients ask. However, if you have other questions, feel free to ask any staff member.
The office is open on the following schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday........8:00 am-5:00 pm *Closed for lunch 12:00-1:30 pm Tuesday.............................................7:45 am-2:00 pm Friday................................................Closed
We see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so we may reserve time for you. We pride ourselves in trying to see all patients on time. If you cannot keep and appointment, please notify us immediately, as we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so that the time can be given to another patient. We reserve the right to charge for appointments canceled or broken without 24 hours' notice.
We believe in the benefits of regular preventive care and therefore, encourage all our patients to return for periodic recall visits. After each visit, you will be scheduled for your next recall visit. If you wish not to do this, a written reminder will be mailed to you when it is time for you to return. If there are any changes in your: (1) health and/ or medications; (2) address or phone number; (3) marital status; (4) employment and insurance coverage, please advise us upon your arrival.
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
We accept most PPO dental insurances, please be sure to bring you dental insurance card with you to your appointment. dental insurance is intended to cover some but not all of your dental care. Most plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses which must be paid by the patient. We will make every effort to answer your questions regarding your insurance. However, it is ultimately the patients responsibility to know their coverage.
Emergency CareWe recognize that emergencies do arise and we will do everything in our power to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises while the office is closed, call the office telephone number and a message will provide the phone number to our emergency line, at which time the doctor on call will call you back as soon as possible. If an emergency arises during our normal office hours, please call the office as early as possible and we will scheduled as soon as possible.
If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our Patient Forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival.
